Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated shipping times are 2–7 business days, though delays of up to 10 business days may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.

Pearl Rodeo is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, customs delays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

Worn items, items returned outside the return window, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. While we will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

7. Jewelry Care

Pearl Rodeo jewelry should be handled with reasonable care.

We recommend avoiding exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, excessive moisture, and strenuous activity while wearing your jewelry.

Normal wear and tear, tarnishing, accidental damage, and improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.
